Welcome to the Ahfiah App!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ahfiah App (“App”), operated by Easi Technology Software and Services Limited (“Easi Tech”), a registered Nigerian software company headquartered in Lagos State, Nigeria. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. Introduction

Ahfiah is a vibrant discovery platform for service providers in Nigeria. The App enables users to:

• Find and contact local service providers in our Directory (now 1,000+ providers and growing).

• View rating signals (e.g., Google rating and review counts with links to the source).

• Save favorite service providers.

• Post reviews and comments.

• Redeem coupons.

• Participate in conversations on the Post Board (a Twitter-like feed for short posts and replies).

• Use the Marketplace where service providers can advertise their services, get discovered, and—where enabled—accept bookings and payments via third-party processors.

Content sources. We source content from Google, public social media profiles, and verified listings submitted by service providers via the Ahfiah Business Plus App. Users can also claim a business/service page by submitting relevant verification information to prove ownership or authorization.

Instagram linking. To help users assess recency and portfolio quality, provider profiles may include an Instagram handle and preview images (or links) pulled from public profiles or permitted APIs. Displayed social content remains the property of its owner and may be removed upon request. Ahfiah is not affiliated with Instagram and cannot guarantee the availability or freshness of third-party content.

Visuals. Some listings include logos or images sourced from public profiles. While we strive for accuracy, visuals may vary. We encourage direct contact with service providers to confirm services.

2. Marketplace Feature

a) Overview. The Marketplace allows ahfiah service providers to create promotional listings (“Ads”) with photos, descriptions, locations, and pricing notes. Each Ad has a shareable URL for distribution across online platforms.

b) Eligibility & Verification. Ahfiah may require identity and/or business verification. We may approve, reject, limit reach, or remove Ads at our discretion.

c) Duration & Visibility. Ads may have an expiry window (e.g., 3days). Expired Ads may be hidden until renewed. Featured placement or paid boosts may be offered.

d) Bookings & Payments (where enabled). Booking and payment processing is handled by Paystack Nigeria. Ahfiah is not a party to the underlying service contract between user and provider; providers are solely responsible for service delivery, customer care, taxes, and legal compliance.

e) Fees & Refunds. Marketplace and payment fees (if any) will be shown at checkout or in your dashboard. Unless stated otherwise, booking fees and deposits are non-refundable once paid. In some cases, you'd see a highlight that says this service provider will allow refunds

f) Content License. By submitting an Ad, you grant Ahfiah a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and promote the listing and associated media within the App and related channels, subject to our privacy and content policies.

3. Post Board (Conversations)

The Post Board is a micro-posting feed where users and providers can share updates, ask for recommendations, and join conversations.

a) User Content. You are responsible for your posts. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content.

b) Moderation. Ahfiah may hide, edit, or remove posts; suspend accounts; or limit features to protect users and platform integrity.

c) License. You grant Ahfiah a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your posts within the App.

d) Community Board trial. From time to time, Ahfiah may permit short-term promotional posts (e.g., free 7-day ads) to help users and providers reach more people.

4. Directory & Profiles

Ahfiah maintains a curated Directory of service providers across Nigeria (exceeding 1,000 profiles). Profiles may include links to third-party sites (e.g., Instagram) and publicly available contact details. Ahfiah does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, or service quality and is not responsible for third-party content.

Users and providers should verify details directly before booking or purchasing any service.

5. Booking & Payment Disclaimer (where enabled)

When payments are facilitated in-app:

• Payments are processed by Paystack Nigeria and, where applicable, collected on behalf of the service provider.

• Unless expressly stated otherwise, booking fees and deposits confirm appointments and may be non-refundable.

• Disputes regarding the underlying service are between the user and the provider. Ahfiah may provide tools to report concerns, but does not guarantee resolution outcomes.

• Providers are responsible for lawful pricing, taxes, and delivering services as described.
