Welcome to Ahfiah! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ahfiah app ("App") provided by Easi Technology Software and Services Limited ("Easi Tech"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Introduction

Ahfiah is a marketplace for service providers in Nigeria. The App allows users to discover local service providers, save their favorite experiences, leave comments or reviews about businesses, and select coupons within the app for access to discounts or promotions. Ahfiah searches the internet and provides profiles, Instagram pages and contact details of service providers you are looking for

Please note that we may not always have accurate images of the service providers. We strive to search the internet and find accurate information such as logos, personal images, contact details, and websites. We take great care in presenting this information to you, but we apologize if the images are not always correct.

Ahfiah provides the opportunity to contact the service providers directly via social media, website, email, or phone number. We encourage you to reach out to the service provider and leave a review of your experience on Ahfiah to guide the next user. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary.

4. Use of Location Data

The App uses your location data to provide a list of nearby service providers.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Reviews and Comments

Users can leave comments and reviews about services/service providers listed on the App.
You agree to post only truthful and respectful comments and reviews.
Easi Tech reserves the right to remove or edit any comments or reviews that violate these Terms

6. Coupons and Promotions

Users redeem coupons through the App for discounts and promotions offered.
The service provider and not ahfiah create discount vouchers and promos
Coupons are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective service providers.
Easi Tech is not responsible for the redemption or use of coupons beyond providing the software that activates it

7. Service Provider Listings

Ahfiah allows service providers to list their services on the App.
Ahfiah Verified Service providers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information provided in their listings.
Easi Tech reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these Terms or our policies.

8. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements.
By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Easi Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use any content from the App without prior written permission from Easi Tech.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Easi Tech, service providers, or other users.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, hacking, distributing malware, and violating the privacy or rights of others.

11. Termination

Easi Tech may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that Easi Tech believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business interests of Easi Tech.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Easi Tech does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easi Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

Easi Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
