Welcome to Ahfiah! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ahfiah app ("App") provided by Easi Technology Software and Services Limited ("Easi Tech"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Introduction

Ahfiah is a marketplace for service providers in Nigeria. The App allows users to discover local service providers, save their favorite experiences, leave comments or reviews about businesses, and select coupons within the app for access to discounts or promotions. Ahfiah searches the internet and provides profiles, Instagram pages and contact details of service providers you are looking for

Please note that we may not always have accurate images of the service providers. We strive to search the internet and find accurate information such as logos, personal images, contact details, and websites. We take great care in presenting this information to you, but we apologize if the images are not always correct.

Ahfiah provides the opportunity to contact the service providers directly via social media, website, email, or phone number. We encourage you to reach out to the service provider and leave a review of your experience on Ahfiah to guide the next user. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary.

4. Use of Location Data

The App uses your location data to provide a list of nearby service providers.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Reviews and Comments

Users can leave comments and reviews about services/service providers listed on the App.
You agree to post only truthful and respectful comments and reviews.
Easi Tech reserves the right to remove or edit any comments or reviews that violate these Terms

6. Coupons and Promotions

Users redeem coupons through the App for discounts and promotions offered.
The service provider and not ahfiah create discount vouchers and promos
Coupons are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective service providers.
Easi Tech is not responsible for the redemption or use of coupons beyond providing the software that activates it

7. Service Provider Listings

Ahfiah allows service providers to list their services on the App.
Ahfiah Verified Service providers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information provided in their listings.
Easi Tech reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these Terms or our policies.

8. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements.
By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Easi Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use any content from the App without prior written permission from Easi Tech.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Easi Tech, service providers, or other users.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, hacking, distributing malware, and violating the privacy or rights of others.

11. Termination

Easi Tech may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that Easi Tech believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business interests of Easi Tech.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Easi Tech does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easi Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

Easi Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Ahfiah App Rating System: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

The Ahfiah app’s rating system is designed to maintain transparency, encourage honest feedback, and promote the visibility of service providers. By participating in the rating system, users agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined below to ensure fairness and authenticity.

Eligibility to Submit Ratings

Account Registration:
- Users must sign up for an Ahfiah account before submitting ratings. This process helps verify the authenticity of the feedback and maintains a trusted community.
Genuine Experience Requirement:
- Users must have had, currently be having, or recently completed an experience with the service provider they intend to rate.
- Submitting ratings without a genuine interaction with the service provider is prohibited.

Rating Submission Process

Steps to Rate a Service Provider:
Guidelines for Ratings:
- Ratings should reflect the user’s overall experience with the service provider.
- Ratings are intended to provide general feedback rather than specific complaints or grievances.
- The goal of the rating system is to promote service providers, encourage continuous improvement, and help users make informed decisions.
Review and Approval:
- All submitted ratings undergo a continuous review process to ensure compliance with Ahfiah’s guidelines.
- Ratings flagged as potentially false or misleading will be withheld from public display IMMEDIATELY.

False or Inappropriate Ratings

If a user believes their rating or another user’s rating has been falsely flagged or rejected, they may contact Ahfiah Support at support@ahfiah.com for clarification or appeal.
False ratings or misuse of the system may result in account suspension or other measures as deemed necessary by Ahfiah.

Public Display of Ratings

Approved ratings will be displayed publicly on the ahfiah app to help users.
Ratings contribute to the service provider’s overall visibility and help maintain a good standard of service delivery.

Privacy and Confidentiality

User Data:
- Personal information submitted during the rating process is handled following Ahfiah’s Privacy Policy.
- Only the user's first name and their submitted rating will be publicly visible.
- All other personal information remains 99.9% confidential.
Purpose of Ratings:
- Ratings are collected for the sole purpose of improving service quality, assisting users, and promoting service providers.

Disclaimer

The rating system is based on user-submitted feedback and reflects individual experiences. Ahfiah is not responsible for the subjective opinions or accuracy of user ratings but actively reviews submissions to ensure compliance with its guidelines.

By using the Ahfiah app and its rating system, users acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to engage responsibly in building a trustworthy community of service providers and consumers.

Ahfiah Noticeboard Feature

The Ahfiah Noticeboard is a dedicated platform for service providers to submit their services for advertisement placement. By submitting your ad to the noticeboard, you agree to the following terms:

Access and Submission:
- Service providers must download and sign up on the Ahfiah Business Plus app to access and submit ads to the noticeboard.
- Submissions must include accurate and complete information about the service offered.
Content Guidelines:
- Ads must comply with Ahfiah’s community standards and content policies, including but not limited to:
  - No nudity, explicit material, or inappropriate content.
  - No promotion of illegal activities, including gambling, drugs, fraud, or identity manipulation.
  - No deceptive or misleading claims.
- All submissions are subject to review and approval by the Ahfiah team continuously.
Responsibility of Advertisers:
- Service providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided.
- Ahfiah reserves the right to remove or deny any submission that violates the terms or fails to meet quality standards.
Public Information:
- Once approved, 80% of the submitted information, including contact details (email and phone number), will be made public for potential customers to view and engage with.
Liability:
- Ahfiah is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising between service providers and users engaging with the noticeboard content.
- Service Providers are encouraged to maintain professional conduct and resolve disputes amicably.

Necessary Knowledge for All Users

Data Usage:
- Ahfiah collects and displays user-submitted data to facilitate better connections between customers and service providers. Personal data shared publicly is limited to what is necessary for customer engagement.
Dispute Resolution:
- In case of any disputes between users and service providers, Ahfiah encourages both parties to communicate directly. Persistent or unresolved issues may be escalated to Ahfiah’s support team.
User Ratings and Reviews:
- Customers can rate and review service providers to share their experiences. Service providers are expected to uphold high standards of professionalism to maintain positive ratings.
Updates to Terms:
- Ahfiah reserves the right to update these terms and conditions periodically. Users will be notified of any significant changes via the app or email.
